FWIW i went to gym last nite, 1st time since being back from PI... ive dropped 3kg..but as i been so lazy, id guess it was muscle mass....

This week I havent been good.... too much drinkin, and too little exercise...

Yes, I am dissapointed in myself....

The plan was to lose half a kilo this week sothat I could reach the goal I set for this week... 110kg by the first of november....

I probably wont reach that this week now :(

Think about it dude June you started over 26kg that is still a bloody good effort no matter who you talk to.

26kg thats just over 20 1.25 bottles of Coke, try and walk around with them hanging off you for a day. I did it to the missus hell she couldn't even lift tham off the ground.

For someone that can still have a good time a few drinks ect and not being a gym junkie.

neway good work mate, good work with the bungers too, i put on shit loads of weight wen i gave em up...use mina's trick (drink water when u feel hungry)...umm and gum helps...
