good work mate!!

im still at the same bloody weight, no matter what i try...grrr..might take up smoking again...

Dont be silly!

You know how it works..... CIvsCO calories in vs calories out.... If you take in less calories than you use you will lose weight..... The non smoking should be making it easier.... Are you using the gum or going cold turkey?

cold turkeys mate..well more like chicken..every time i feel like a smoke i seem to eat sumthin!!..lol

i kno the deal...but im lazy..and hungry...

Should do ok this week..... If I do better than 2.6Kg I will have reached milestone number 1 (120kg)..... But I doubt Im going to do quite that well... I expect to be around the 2.0 area..... Its just so frickin cold outside that I cannot be bothered going for a walk or anything...

A measely 1.5kg :( (this is apparently still well above average weightloss at JC but I was on a roll damnit! its well below par for me..) This puts my current weight at 120.9 kg and the total weight loss at 15.7

Damnit, I was feeling quietly confident :(

Well.... I will have to try harder this week...

Well I started on Wed Jun 07, so that makes it 8 weeks.... 15.7 kg... That works out to an average of 1.96 Kg a week....

thats still a big effort "slim"...if u keep that up, by the time the GP rolls around in 6 weeks u will be down to abt 104kg!!

whats ur target weight again mate?

u should be chuffed that u keep dropping weight, even if only 1kg a week, theres plenty who try & fail & give up...head up mate, and wen the weather gets nicer, u will be able to get out & enjoy it more....
