Dear Dr. Stereo,
My girl friend (as opposed to my wife) likes it up the back passage. Which is fine during "that" time, but can sometimes be a little wrong....if you know what I mean??????
My question is how come they can't make tyres that you can scrape the pegs with in the pissing rain, yet last 80,000 klms like my 4WD tyres do???? :? FFS they can send people into outer space, and even bring some of them back, why can't they do that???? :?

They can.... but only valentino rossi gets those tires... You get the same tires as the Kawasaki riders get...

So Dr Stereo, Why is it that you changed to the only REAL bike on the road? (But it does explain a few things knowing you owned a Honda)

Dr Stereo,

Why are so many things square? i.e. TV's, bread, tissues, paper, cheese, computers, windows, boxes?

For two reasons...

Reason 1
psychology of symmetry:
The human mind finds things that are symmetrical more appealing... This is why lopsided people are not attractive...

Reason 2
3 Dimensional Storage sizes:
A square or rectanglular shaped box can store more than any other shape, since an equalateral triangle of the same height and width can only contain a third of a square and a elipse can only contain a fraction of a rectangular box (X*Y*Z - 4/3 PI * width axis radius * length axis radius * height axis radius) . The same applies for any other polygon (althought the calculations would be much more complex).... Hence, the rectangle or square is the most efficient storage size possible.
The world is round. It has no point.

Dr Steroe

Cycle magazine once described the in-line 4 cylinder motor as the "18 year old blond in a bikini" of motorcycle engine configurations.

Do you know what was meant by this??

Taking this analogy .. what would be the "54 year old red head in a track suit" of engine configs?

Thanks for the fish
