yeah, if i was bike shopping with a decent budget.
the S1000r (with tape over one of the headlights to hide the ugliness of the mismatched lights)
and the K1300S would be doing many laps of the test route.
gotta love a factory standard quickshifter

What going on Watt, no mention of the K1300R or Megamoto

I'd have those 2 in the shed at the drop of a hat
The S1000RR is a weapon, the grin on Mark Willis face - as he was explaining the ABS setting that allows you to back it into the corner, whilst still having ABS on the front wheel - would sell container loads.
Call me strange, I actually like the lights

Already some German after market company is making alternate fairings with matched headlights for those who do not like the standard one.

You would think the Germans would have designed the bike with a symetrical front end like the picture in the first place. It looks so much better.
Its a bit like the Italians with the 999. That looked like a polished turd if you ask me and they went back to a similar shape of the old 916. Learnt the hard way!
I'd have to say though, I could put up with the headlights on the stock beamer though. They finally thought about racing with an inline four!
Good job of it too!

kinda like the fairing and the evenness of the S.
and it wouldnt look out of place with its expandable panniers scraping on the ground through the Banjo country

I with you Phil. K1300r would be my next bike for sure (if I could justify the expense)
And best of all, it comes standard in Team Orange colours

The S1000RR is one hawwt motorbike. Would happily drop 26K for one. Don't mind the headlights either, though would look better if they were both the same either way.

Morgan & Wacker(Brisbane) are advertising 2010 S1000RR for $23500 ride away. I was actually thinking of going down to test ride a F800R.
