That is the current zzr600 in the states and Kawasaki embrace the fact that is is basically a j series zx6r, kinda the same way you can still by a honda cbr600f.

Something I failed to notice on all 11 previous occasions on which the recycled ZX-6R-J has been mentioned is that it appears that they still come on D207F's as OE tyres. *shudder*

Whats wrong with that.

Their an OK sports tyre with good tyre life, grip and stability.
Obviously for the track you'd put on better suited tyres; but for
the road ya can't complain.

They're a nine-year-old design. When they were new, they were merely mediocre. Today, they're a laughing stock.

Compared to Pirelli Supercorsas, maybe.
grip
Compared to Michelin A/M89X's, maybe.
and stability.
Compared to Bridgestone slicks, maybe.

Oh, yes I can. I've had them on four different bikes, and they made all four feel crap.

I gotta agree with I-K. The 207's are the very tyre that made me swear I'd never use a Dunlop tyre again.

On the way to last year's GP, I had a rock puncture my rear tyre on the Omeo Highway. The Yamaha shop in Myrtleford, the only place to get a tyre between Omeo and Melbourne, only had the Dunlop D208RR in stock, so I got one of those.

Based on that, I can say that Dunlop haven't really learned anything about how to make a tyre since the D207F.

i would agree although i have recently had a go of the new qualifyers and they seem to be OK.

Is a damn nice looking bike no argument and not really a shitload different than my 96 model... a few changes are obvious but not a massive change.
