im not shore exactly what you mean but look on our average roads.the speed limit changes all the time and that in its self is dangerous(goverment revinue) + having radars that allso gets into peaples minds(now there several things to think about) hense less consontration on what they are doing on the roads whitch causes acidents and or death.

definately :)

I do however agree that doing 100kph in residential areas can be a bit silly.. mostly what we tend to have a beef with is the resources being used chasing ppl having a go out on the highways n stuff.. if there was the sort of numbers of rozzers out cruising local streets rather than cranking the cash registers perhaps ppl might not be as quick on the trigger :)

i'm not saying that 40% of accidents are caused by speeding, i'm saying that of all the DEATHS that occur on our roads, around 40% of the DEATHS have speed as a contributing factor.... the other 60% of DEATHS are made up of D.U.I, fatigue and driver error. cant really put it any simpler than that, if your feeble minds cant understand this then i guess we are up the proverbial creek without a paddle

its hard to soar like an eagle when i'm surrounded by turkeys :kuda:
