I just spotted your thread about this system on the US forum - nice pics ! :kuda: that looks very nice, and a lot like my mates Arrow system he bought for his '03 Z1000 - all seperate pipes etc.......

I wonder if they would do me up a Ti system ?

Absolutely, apparently it's about a 4-5 week wait... It's hand made in Japan and it retails for somewhere north of $2000 for the Ti System.

Contact Tadashi at Tsukigi US and tell him I referred you, ask him for a good price. Best price I could get out of him was $1800 but the Yen vs US may have changed for better or worse so not sure if that's changed or not.

Very well made system, fits the 12 perfect, and dynos well, particularly in the top end. I'll give you my custom map if you buy one save you some tuning expense.

Mine has like 1000 km on it. I've been going through a crazy busy period with work (which isn't all bad because the extra $$$ let me buy more bike bits)

However i'm taking it touring /camping in 2 weeks time, and straight after going to EC so should know more then.

But yeah very happy so far.

wtf Wilso!

My last fill up was 17 litres, and it was at bang on 200km. The gauge was blinking for a good 10km. That was all highway too. I actually think fuel efficiency is worse with the new zorst. Maybe it's too rich.

You'd have a bit more toe over mine with the exhaust though.

Just thought i would add to this :

My usual riding (around town-30k communte) seems to give me between 180 - 200 before fill.

On the open road.. Maanged 260 from the tank. Yay!

so anything is possible when you don't try! :kuda:

Flashing by 200 on highway. Used a full tank + a 10 litre jerry at CSS last week and was flashing at me for most of the last session (only 5 sessions). I've now got a 20 litre jerry for 17 dec.

I'm certain those !)(@#* northern beaches did a bodge job on the tune too... How can you screw up a DJ250?

Anyway doing it right now, bikebiz tomorrow, back on the dyno, in search of the holy > 200km grail (and maybe some more HP with timing)

Spent most of the arvo wishing I had tiny hands (fitting ignition mod)
