Hey guys well another day at court and another day of major stress, well the outcome wasnt real good but it could of been worse, ive been put back on 2 months home detention which starts on the 30th of Nov, its home detention or 2 - 9 months in gaol, so you can see why i decided to take the home detention, but there is a big down side of the home detention, i have to quit my job for 2 months... because when your on home detention you cant be around alcohol.

But....

I had a meeting with my manager and he said i can have my job back after the 2months is up, which is great :D

I also lost my licence for 2yrs but once again id rather that then gaol time...

If your wondering about the dyno reading and other stuff i got well it helped a bit but didnt if that makes sence :?

Cause the dyno said my bike topped out 150 the prosecution said that evan though my bike topped out on the dyno at 150 it still shows i was doing more the 50km over the speed limit so i still got ass raped so to speak...

But the main thing is that im not going to gaol, i can live with the 2 months home detention and 2 yrs with out a licence....

Thanks for all of your support guy/girls means alot :)

Glad to see you didn't end up in the cage, week-end detention for 2mths is not that bad (not that i have done it) it will fly considering how long you have been out of action allready besides x-mass/ New Year double demerit points at that time of the year :(

. The doctors reports for the self defence issue didn't wash either i take it.

No BBQ's at your place for 2mth's at least you could take on the new role of post whore

Are you at least allowed to have visitors :?:

Well better being raped in the courst then sent to jail and haing it happen literally (not that i have done it)

When you can go to jail for speeding 50k+ there is something seriously wrong ith the system. take right of way and put someone in hospital for six months, say you didnt see him, and you get off with a warning.

better than it could have been but still f*cked I reckon
