Re: I'VE HAD IT!!!! I QUIT!!!!!
Totally agree Pete, I smoked for 19 years & gave up 6 years ago cold turkey & did away with the grog at the same time, I can remember being so unhealthy back then & now I think & look back at how stupid I was, my son used to have to put up with 2 smokers in the car....... I feel so bad about it now but at the time it was like who gives a shit, my ex still smokes but luckily my son, who is 18 now has never had a smoke.... he had enough when he was youngkaneg wrote: Today, looking back don't understand why I ever been such a goose as to smoke. Good luck with it mate, you can do it

Richo if you ever do something really good for yourself its this! don't cheat don't give in to temptation & remember it get easier the longer you go without

Thanks for the encouragement everyone and I will get some lozengers for those desperate times.Richo wrote:Check out the Nicorette mini lozenger thingies Jonno ... they come in a small blue flip top container, bout the size of a tic tac box ... Ive always got it in my pocket and have saved me multiple times in the past week.. and dont taste like a dirty ashtray like that friggin gum does.

What I really need to do is get some motivation and find something to do with my spare time for a distraction.
