Can you get all the old sticky shit off with you,car,lip,toss oil?
Whats the best way to remove it?

Peel off all the top coats & the vinyl base & you should be left with adhesive residue, use white spirit to dissolve the adhesive, if the paint is original it should not be affected, resprays .....any ones guess, just test a small area & be patient.
