Update from me, found I got diabetes today so gotta lose my trademark beer gut or at least a slab of it so something is gonna happen not sure what yet.
A good mate will bail you out of jail, a true mate will be sitting in the cell next to you saying "Damn, we fucked up!!!"

I had been studying for the last six months of last year. I got fat! (over 20kgs) I did gym up until then but kept eating the same if not more while studying!
My daily training from the start of 2003 to 2006 (without gym) was 50 push ups 50 sit ups 50 chin ups - 10kgs dumbbell curls 15x 3 reps... before brekky every day except Sunday. id do gym 3 - 5 times a week and try and hit the pool at least once a week. id eat over $100 of grocery's every week and there was the occasional trip to the bakery or cafe for lunch and would also eat out a couple of times a week. WAS FIT!!!
I have just joined a new gym and would like to try the Kettlebells class. i have been 3 times this week im sure it will increase. I am aiming to get back down to 95kgs am currently 118kgs (trust me on new years eve i was 124kgs). no more deep fryed food,
no more bread, half the red meat
, no ice-cream and sweets..... Salad Salad Salad!!
