Weelll... its Tuesday again....
Time for another weigh in... So far it has been too easy.... but I dont expect this one to be.... Granted I have very closely followed the diet, but that said, I am finding it hard to "want" to go to the gym.... Every day I get home its dark and cold.... it just doesnt make me want to go.... I did spend about 3 hours walking during the weekend, hopefully that helps.... Oh well... find out tonight... I am finding that I am able to get into my clothes a lot easier....
My Biggest failing this week has been having a few drinks on friday night... I find it hard to resist when its right there in front of me... (This is actually a double shame, because firstly I had promised myself that I wasnt going to have any (because I am allowed a few glasses) and secondly because I didnt stop after two...)
My Biggest success this week. I was in Bendigo for work a few days ago and I had to eat at a restaurant.... I ordered a salad (no dressing) instead of steak and chips... (even though my boss was trying EVERYTHING to get me to eat steak)...

So true... back when I was younger I used to have a gym partner, but no... I dont at the moment.... And I dont really want to take my wife.... She makes me want to lift weights that are too heavy for me for some reason....aardvark wrote:Do you go to the gym with someone else??
