Re: v Hawthorn
well on tonights form I think the Pies will be out of the finals in straight sets. They are playing like shit and don't deserve their spot. Great start to the game but then they just played like crap.

And as a Collingwood hater that would be very pleasing to see

A good mate will bail you out of jail, a true mate will be sitting in the cell next to you saying "Damn, we fucked up!!!"

Re: v Hawthorn
Collingwood were out scored in every quarter and would have been a far bigger margin this time if it wasn't for the Hawks inaccuracy at shooting for goal. Almost the same winning margin as last time they met.(Deja Vu Rnd.17) .. *yawns*
HAWTHORN 4.6 - 9.10 - 15.13 - 20.15.135
COLLINGWOOD 2.3 - 7.4 - 12.7 - 15.7.97
Buckleys in-experience was shown up again by a superior team effort from the HFC.
The usual fitness, skill and teamwork from the Hawks made it an easy win in the end.

Not our arse, I repeat, games won from games played at Colonial, Etihad and all it's other names, we rule the roost!Gosling1 wrote:Saints @ Etihad ( Saints kick arse here)We'll probably drop this one, been a while since we lost at home though.Gosling1 wrote:Bulldogs @ home ( btw - this is the only game in the run home that is a guaranteed 4 points for the Cats)Will be a nice way to end the season, with a tough game in the leadup to the finals.Gosling1 wrote:Swans @ home.
Cats have the hardest run home of any team currently in the 8. Saints & Roos are both currently playing better footy than the Cats and both have easier runs home.
Don't forget - it was only last weekend that the Cats struggled to beat the worst team in the comp by 2 goals !!! that is the form of a team that has a snowballs chance in hell of winning a GF this year.

Any more recaps on Geelong ???;-)
C'mon the mighty hawks
