More than one person ;) has been singing his priases in relation to Steve's ability with bouncy bits, Marty has several times, me too. I have only ever found him to be more than fair on pricing as well. ;)

Yer it was marty who put me on to him, as he said to me, just ring him and have a chat, then make ur own mind up who u want to go with, needless to say, my bike was there the next day :) :) and cant speak high enough of his work, and price was quiet good, considering the amount of work he did....

But the rear spring hasn't been changed ¿? Which is strange especially after talking to Steve he kind've doesn't care what it's doing at the moment as he is basically saying the bikes unbalanced. So it's almost irrelevant what it's doing as it wont be a correct indication of what's happening.

So long story short he is pulling it apart seeing what's been done, making sure its correct for me and replacing he rear spring with something more suited. He also said due to the BPF it's difficult to set the sag and anyone who does it the traditional method is doing it wrong. You actually need to know where the top of the spring is inside the forks and it should have ohlins top out springs in it too.

I guess I'll know soon :-)
Yer, funny he wasnt to interested in setting sags on mine to much, he just set it up on the day..
He did a lot of work to my forks to, took out one of top out spring, and marchined a spacer for one side, he explained why.. mine is now comp on the right, rebound on the left, and the old comp adjuster's on the bottom, now have another fuction all together... he may do simlar to ur's as well....
So are u going to come up next weekend and try it out?
In 2047 when I have some money, he is going to do a similar thing with the forks on my Rex with a 20mm Ohlins cartridge. Aparently a certain very succesful histerical team have been using them and he has sorted a pretty good set up. I'm so keen to get it done, I tried selling my arse at St Kilda. A made $3.20c. Who gave me the 20c you ask? All of them of course

There are really only two questions in life. 1.Which way do i go? 2.What is the lap record?
