Ok weighed in this morning. Suspect my scales are broken as I'm up 3.4kgs :shock: :shock:

might see if I can find my old mechanical scales..... :kuda:

Yeah agreed Rob - just thinking about what I've done for dinner tonight - chicken kiev with roasted veg followed by a self-saucing chocolate pudding....maybe my scales are fine, dammit :lol: :lol:

Down 200 grams :? But I think I'm building muscle too as I'm certainly leaning up. Efforts must be maintained.

Not updated the spreadsheet but my current weight is 91.2kg's.

This is after a 5 day stay in hospital and bowel surgery so i do expect it to go up when i start eating again normally.

parrently ive lost 1.5kgs but my weight does fluctuate, ill measue tonight and im sure it will be up again :roll:

After a bit of a review with one of my personal trainers, it appears that I have lost about 1.6kg, but put on 2kg of muscle...

My METAbolic age is down from 41 to 35 - which is good. :D

This has all just been gym work, no real change to diet.
