What we all need is a forward firing mini gun and we will eventually either teach them to do the speed limit
or wipe them out completely.

Re: Rant away.....
I want one on the back, triggered by a distance sensor - tailgait me, and you get shot. I'd even display a 'safety notice' warning people of the dangers of tailgaitingseiko1 wrote:What we all need is a forward firing mini gun and we will eventually either teach them to do the speed limit

Re: Rant away.....
i want an LED scrolling display on the back of my car like they used in Top gear. they had one in the back of the caravan they were towing to leave messages for the cars stuck behind them.
i think i would have "keep left unless overtaking, numbnuts!" on it at all times..

Re: Rant away.....
and another thing............
our media sucks
last week we all have been submitted to watch and listen to endless reporting on a litle dogs rescue from under a rock. While we all feel for the dog with no hearing, how's is that a news item worth pushing onto people, or that a single engined airoplane crashed in othe state of Ohio (I think) ? Most americans would have difficulty finding Australia on the map
Want to report something, go down to Redfern or similar areas and report on the homeless or on our hospital situation, where people having to wait for up to 12 hours. Maybe examine the fact that hardly a night goes by without someone being stabbed or seriously assulted.
There are plenty of "burning" issues IF YOU CARE TO LOOK, why are we the public subjected to listen / watch crap?
I feel a lot better now
ps I love dogs

Re: Rant away.....
People who buy franchises are smucks in general, but there is another word for people who buy franchises like Jim's mowing.......
Why would you EVER do that?
Is Jim that good looking, or is he going to drive your newly purchased franchise to the riches?
Does any one know Jim?
Is he OK ?
Has he ever done the lawns himself? ever ?

Re: Rant away.....
I read somewhere that the Jim in Jim's Mowing/Antennas/Fencing/Handyman/Pre-School/Dog Wash/Mercenary-For-Hire/WhatThe-Eff is a bit of a nutter (ok, a lot of a nutter).
Have a look at this: http://www.jimpenmanthetruth.com/index.html
And this (originally about Baker's Delight, but they get stuck into Jim at the bottom): http://www.bluemaumau.org/6602/bakers_d ... ment-74156

Re: Rant away.....
I'm sick of working from 7am to 5/6/7pm at night 5 days a week
In that time I try not to run over people in cars that want to play chicken with the truck, idiots that can't stay in their own friggin lane, don't leave me enough room to turn, and like the idiot the other day who wanted me to try to turn the truck around in a tiny cul de sac because he didn't want to carry a box around the front of it (extra 10-12 steps). He got told he was doing it there and I really didn't care if he didn't like it.
Not to mention most days I have to take off the truck between 300-1000kg of stuff and put it on a trolley, wheel it into a shopping centre, try not to run over more morons, and then they always say can you put it in the back room at the end of the shop..
Rant over.. It's still better than a cooped up office job
