Yes we did, we are young and only experience was the difference last night, as for being dirty take a look into slater's CV, years of experience of sliding studs up in the in goals & lets not forget storm's graple tackle.born green wrote:mmmm they lost!!!! and lost dirty too, when in doubt, bite someones ear.... real classy that. well it was a sydney team...

I was referring to the H&A record (Pies 11 games in a row against the ugly Ducks) - which the Ducks finally broke 2 weeks ago - mind you, the Ducks needed 2 weeks off and the Pies to play in the toughest elimination final of 2012 and then have only 6 days off which included the funeral of a close mate - before they could finally beat them.
Looking forward to 2013. Pies will be back up there. Goodes finally retiring with a ruptured PCL. Bolton gone, Ted Richards old and wobbly - I reckon the Ducks will be lucky to make the 8 next year !!![]()

35 premierships in a country town competition doesn't mean jack squat mate.
Lets see port players, Nathan Buckley,Scott burns,Wanganeen,Craig bradley just to name a few,and really any domination of a competition like that says a lotGosling1 wrote:Port Adelaide ?? the same team that nobody wants to coach in the AFL in 2012 ??z900/zx9 wrote:Port Adalaide most premierships by a long way 35 or 36 and there was a stage where there was 5 or so in a row.StuMiller wrote:The Pies have won 14 premierships. Gos, i'd take 20 H&A losses to get that win when it counts - in the finals.Gosling1 wrote: I was referring to the H&A record (Pies 11 games in a row against the ugly Ducks) - which the Ducks finally broke 2 weeks ago - mind you, the Ducks needed 2 weeks off and the Pies to play in the toughest elimination final of 2012 and then have only 6 days off which included the funeral of a close mate - before they could finally beat them.
