Re: Go Casey!!!
Great ride from Stoner.
GP was still boring - mostly over before half time.
Heard the moto2 was better, probably always is - but I always miss it and never get around to watching it online.

I don't know about you Ty, but once Stoner is out in front, I spend the rest of the race watching them cut back to the middle of the pack, and nervously waiting for them to cut back to Stoner who has thrown it down the road!ty wrote:GP was still boring - mostly over before half time.
Might be a residual effect from all those years on the Ducati.

I would be happy to watch the complete race from Casey's bike - from front of bike.

Re: Go Casey!!!
I kind of agree - I also wait for them to cut back to Stoner to see if he's still going. Last one he seemed to make his gap and cruise to maintain it - so didn't expect to anything to happen.aardvark wrote:I don't know about you Ty, but once Stoner is out in front, I spend the rest of the race watching them cut back to the middle of the pack, and nervously waiting for them to cut back to Stoner who has thrown it down the road!ty wrote:GP was still boring - mostly over before half time.

I didn't see all that much happening in the middle of the pack, hence my opinion of the last race. Mind you my eyelids were drooping, so I could've missed something

Re: Go Casey!!!
Here we go again Aussies. Top of the sheets in FP1 and FP2 (wet)
Don't kno whats better, seeing Casey hammer never being far from the top or Rossi improving a whole 3 place to 9th!!!
As DB said during the week, Nothing against Rossi, but it shows how well Casey rode that Duke last year

Re: Go Casey!!!
It's chucking it down at Silverstone. Stoner fastest in morning warm-up (that's a joke) by nearly half a second over Lorenzo, 1.5 to Simo, 2.5 to Spies and 5.46 to Rossi in 8th.
I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left. Phil

Re: Go Casey!!!
Awesome job by Casey again.
I almost feel for Lorenzo, but atleast now the scores are how they should be. I think anyone who finished that race was pretty much a winner.

Great win to Stoner, YourGay was always going to bin it trying to hang on, Sic is a dill for throwing away a certain podium, and good on the Texas Tornado for picking up a podium !!

Not a win, but a good result all the same. As the footy heads say, "One week at a time".
