you don't make any money when your staff are taking a heap sick days, I have 10 staff & not once this year have I had all of them at work at the same time, seems there is always some excuse /reason to have a day off even the guys that never have days off are getting in on the action, so I get to play catch up at stupid hours to make up for their lack of effort.

At least I start at 3am...... so by the time I leave for the PITS I have already done an 11 hr day at work. I would trade any day their measly 8 hr day for my average of 12 hr working days.
