KSRC shirt slogan: Voting

I won't be buying any then. Not a dummy spit, I just don't like it and would never wear it. Leanne is in the same boat which is a shame as she was looking forward to getting her first bit of KSRC merchandise. Pity, I was looking forward to a not speeding/qualifying shirt when we did the last shirt run as I wasn't around for the first one.

I voted for option 1 as well. I agree with Nelso, dont like option 2 and would never wear it. Oh well, I guess I'll be waiting another year.

Organising this stuff is fun isn't it..

Unfortunately as both of the popular ones are insinuating that we are speeding and or breaking the law its not the sort of thing I would like to have on a shirt representing my club..

I voted for option #1 mainly because quite a few members had asked for a rerun of this slogan & it was stated before when we talked about the last lot that it could get a run standalone.

As much as I just love making work for people (not) how much extra expense/effort is involved in the process if we have two slogans? Tooling and setup for a second screen, is that significant in adding to the cost of the shirts?

I am all for having 2 choices Tony, but logistically it adds more time & effort for Cath to sort out the orders.
The club is not charged for artwork or screen set up so that is not an issue, BUT it will take longer to print & process the job because of having to do 2 different back prints, its not really a problem to do both.....

I don't care one way or the other. I will be buying at least one whatever the slogan as there is always some place to wear whatever is made.

It's a bit late to put up suggestions about the appropriateness of slogans after nominations have been called and voting started.

25% of the voters agree to one slogan, 25% to another. That still leaves 50% of the voters wanting other slogans. Not just the 2 most popular.

While im not trying to be a picky, a majority would require the most popular slogans to be narrowed down and voted on again for a majority.

Its great fun organising these sorts of things, but you have to remember, you cant make everyone happy. Frankly, its great that we are given an option.
