yea but u kno how it is....pick a story and make it work for u!!Shifty wrote:Personally I wouldn't be doing anything to encourage those pricks. If you'd seen the footage they were complaining about it was a clear case of two vehicles changing lanes into the middle lane at the same time, not a truck driver being a maniac.Stereo wrote:Hell yeah! with a photo like that! $$$$$$$MadKaw wrote:Theres a story on Today Tonight or ACA tonight about dangerous truck drivers or something.. Contact them with your story, you never know the outcome ....

hey mate i havent read this whole thread yet but thought i would post
fisrt off i would contact a solicitor asap. tell them what has happened and your side of the story give them the contact details of the person that stoped and saw it all. take as many pics of your injuries and record everything in regard to pain levels etc.
if there is a witness that is will ing to make a statment in your favour make sure that your solicitor also gets an original copy of the statment
then the solicitor can make a claim on the truck drivers insurance company. if found that he was in the wrong every cost u incure inregard to the accident should be covered (hency why u keep everything eg reciepts)
glad u made it out in reasonable condition all things considered and hope that every thing sorts its self out the right way
