Mick C loves his 10 heaps, and rides it everyday like I do with the 12. Either one can do the slog, or the fang or the track . The 12 is a bit heavy on the tyres

if you can squeeze 10k out of a set on a 12 then you are doing well. For some people, this can be a full years worth of k's.
Have fun picking a new steed

- did test rides get a mention ??

I'm off playing test rides tomorrow...

nah mate seriously...just do it.... ..i use to commute 25-30km each way on my cbr929 and loved it, tho it is a tad less sporty than a R1/Gix... much like a zx9r...
the zx6r will bore u mate..after having a cbr6 for so long....dont waste ur time on the 6...go for a 9,10,12 or a z750/1000 .. ilove the nudie bikes...do u REALLY need fairings?? ..personally, in winter u will wish u had em too keep ur legs & chest warmer...

Mike ride a Z1000 before you plonk ya money on anything. I followed Wattie all morning on sunday, and they are a good bike. Reasonable clearance, good brakes, quick steering, comfy, grunty with a good top end (bout the same as the 9).

What can I say from the test ride...
Soggy suspension, less power than I thought, sluggish - well, that's how the 10 made my 6 feel anyway.
I'm going back tomorrow to sign on the dotted line, for a blue 2007 ZX10R with carbon Akra cans and a fender eliminator.

WTG Mike, welcome to Kawasakiville too

I was going to suggest we put up a poll for either the 10 or the 12 and let the members decide for you but the deeds been done already.
Zombie, that he likes you naked isn't a bad thing given you're married
