I take my hat off to ya mate (if was wearing one) i know how hard it is to lose it. Was 104 kg last september now i'm 90kg and pretty lean. Took hard work and discipline to do it too.

I think last week the bad outweighed the good...
but I still lost .1 of a kg... so I cant complain...

At the MotoGP I put on .2 of a kg
but considering the drinking, eating, drinking eating....... I was really happy with that! lol

crap.. haha i have to get into some of this now...
what excercise do you do? plenty of walking mainly? just asking cause im not rich enough to join a gym, but i have about 2-3 kilometres of walking avaliable through university - the shops.
and then theres work!
edit: and as for my stats
6'2, went from 90kg... then i tore my back muscle.. and through muscle building to recover... and being a lazy ass... i went up to 104
id like to get back to 90... ideally 85.
