Thought id post up here. I had smoked since i was 16yo now 32. My wife bought me a book called "the easyway to stop smoking " written by Allen Carr. I haven't willingly gone without a smoke for 16 years now after a fortnight i consider myself a non smoker, no fuss no muss, no cravings or mood swings etc etc. I highly recommend this book ( the only books i usually read are workshop manuals) and if anyone wants a read of my copy let me know. Well worth the effort i promise you.
Ive heard of that book ... sounds like there has been some pretty good success with it aswell.
A few of the members would do well to maybe have a read yeah?
