I reckon the embarrassment you'd suffer if you came off in those would be more painful that the injuries. Just like those Mums who drop the kids off to school in the mornings in their dressing gowns. Good look if you need to get out of the car!!!

pmsl..one of the ladies i work with.,...not a small lady..dropped her hubby off at work one day abt 3 weeks ago...in her dressing gown..well they got a flat tyre abt 5 min from his work..so he was out the front of his work changing the tyre, and she being a big girl, he asked her to get out so the car wouldnt roll off the jack........apparently abt 50 of his colleagues were standing round laughing at her...
the trick is to get the revs just right. If your in the "zone" she'll pop into gear with no effort at all. But dont forget to use the rubber strap on the top of the thong, that's what they were designed for.
