If I was a rival bike manufacturer I'd be claiming for damages....
Not only the people that chose the R6 because of the alleged high redline, but due to the fact that others have read about it and this could influence a future purchase of an R6 or cause someone to have the opinion that Yamahas are better/more advanced/etc
And if I'd bought one, there'd be hell to pay.

Have just read the latest ad in Two Wheels mag, and it now states "with an awesome redline"
