 Geez I can relate to that :P - even the young pups on their 600's/750's get a *shock* when my old shitbox kwakka9 hoses them off the lights, but only up to the ton  , then I'm toast

400kmh proddie cars ?? :? surely you mean 300kmh ? ( and there is only a rare *handful* of them....).

 I bet it went something like this..........

brrr brrr brrr BBBRRRRR PISHhhhh brr brrrrr brrrr BRRRRRRR PISSSHHHhhhhhh - no sound from the 12, because it has already disappeared over the horizon.........

a fully-sick blinged-to-the-max Milo-can Rex had the nerve to run the old Zed a few years ago........it was a close call, no shit, I couldn't believe how quick the little ricer was.....  I only shook him cause he wouldn't run over the ton.........it was *bloody fast* that is for sure.....

hmmm, sounds like the guy who pulled up next to me while i was "minding" chungy's zrx.........he says " that ol dunger is in good nick"

i'll farkin give you dunger sunshine.......

should have seen the look on his face at the next set of lights.........then i told him it was a 99 model 1100...........he then understood the error of his ways.

that bike was a farkin weapon...full akra system, k&n pods, jet kit, muzzy bits all over the place etc etc.......

I would have loved to see the look on the sunshine's face. Makes me want to get one

Way to avoid being pwn'd is to do the drag near a fixed speed camera. If the cage doesn't back off the speed camera will pwn him to your humor.

Well, the Bugatti Veyron does 400km/h+...

Mind you, don't see many of them cruising around.

Onya Neka & very sensibly put too mate, top stuff.

But I'm with Neka just "Launch th' farka" & Back off before he does ... the winner gets to chose when it's over
Cheers Brett :

thanks mate....im pretty clever huh...

and thats the point i was making.."the winner decides when its over"..i agrree...u make the rules...especially when ur 6 bike length in front when u woo up...

and a "fly by" ??...man thats for pussies who need a run up...unless ur both at full throttle its not a fly by...
and a fly by isnt a race neway...its for wankers to do..
me..i only do a fly by if im on 1 wheel..so wen a wank in his car can do a fly by on one wheel...then ill take notice...

oh yea..i wanna challenge dan to a launch now...

oh yea..u mustnt be checkin this much ponti..if been "nanarin" heaps lately..must b ill??

Good onya "Narfie" I'll have to pay more attention from now on, been too busy to read everything like i used too.
Anyway ......
I must be doing something wrong, even the ricey boys dont try & drag me on Tiggr. Other lunatics on bikes is a different story but rarely anything under another jap liter bike.
Fah fah Fahuuuurrrrrrrrrsssssttttttttttttttttttttttt, Secccccccccccooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnddddddddddddd. ,

*shakes head* um well er excuse me, errhum. I find riding the 12 a bit of a let down as i have only ever come accross one person at the lights that is worthy of a mention and he was the postie on his CT110ase (auspost special edition ffs), at least he had a sense of humour as he held that beasty back with those awesome brakes but he got his hands and feet confused and I woke up before he did and proceeded through the intersection on green.

there are a few cars on the road that could beat most any bike, but either they technically shouldnt be on the road, or they cost an arm and 2 legs :?

According to the writw ups and comparo's I've seen, the F1 will do 400km/h, but at that speed the Veyron is still "driveable" and the F1 is an out of control bullett with a passenger

the best one i've had was back on the cbr600.....
lights before an on ramp onto the Riverside Expressway (coming north, around Juliet St. somewhere)...
some prick in a porsche of some-sort (looked like a GT3, but I doubt it was & I don't know my cages too well), but the piece de le resistance (french accent there) was he had his little trophy girl-friend all laughs as he "taunted" me... revving the thing up and slipping the clutch rolling back and forth...... I couldn't believe my luck!! someone who wanted to drag a bit (in a descent cage), we were heading straight onto 110kph territory, the lanes merge (i was in the left, so i had to "beat him")... just totally excited.....
anyway, light goes green, and it was on.... he was smokin' em pretty good, or from what i could tell in my rearviews, and I could hear his car revving hard, but the cbr (stock everything) just pulled right away easy as pie (this was when doing a wheelie was always on accident, and this was one of those times), before the ramp even got to the hwy (i was well over 110), i think he was about at the start of the ramp and i was just looking to merge into traffic and looking back at him, i take my hands off the bars and put my arms up as if to "body language" a shrug, as in "what's the matter porschey?"... he came roaring past me (once on the hwy, girl's hair everywhere).... anyway, that was fun! wish i knew my cars so i could know what sort of power i had just made look really silly... and i paid $4000 for the cbr and he would have spent (still spending) oh, what over $100,000+?
silly 4-wheeled buggers
nothing on the zx6r that stands out, except some sort of bmw bike that kept up quite fine (looking like a dakkar ralley sort of machine that launched real good!)

well it says 387 on supercars.net... maybe the F1 had a tail wind

as for getting drags on the bike, it was indeed a fun time riding a 15 year old gixxer around 8)

nobody in their right mind generally thinks that one of these bikes looking so rough could possibly go as fast as much newer bikes  including people on much newer bikes... never had mine dyno'd but theres plenty of these oil boilers still making 100hp at the wheel....

skylines, silvias, 180s, subys, SS commos, HSV's .... none were scared to have a dip against it

Ive had 2 guy try to drag me...

1 guy in a rex... it looked like the fully worked one.... I beat him to 100 easily enough but had to put a bit of work in to start ahead... eventually I slowed right down and let him past because it was obvious he was willing to risk his life to prove his car was faster... which it wasnt... but it was DAMNED fast...

The second one was when I was riding along the ring road... Some guy in a Skyline GTR (the godzilla one) pulled up next to me... started revving.... I have to admit, I only JUST beat him.... once again, this guy was a nutter.... I slowed right down after hitting 180...
The world is round. It has no point.

i used to blow most 5 litres and rexys alike.
don't rev to redline, peak power is at 16500
There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.
