I found that you point your head where you want the bike to go (always around tight corners etc.) and swivel your eyes to scan for debris, surface etc. You naturally do this anyway when you come out of a corner...javaman wrote:Is it advisable on the road though ?
I always look only 10-20m ahead for crap like gravel, tree bark, roo, etc. Looking through the corner does make the bike stable but I won't notice the debris.
