He might have cautioned him just like he did... right or wrong , without a fine, it does happen

There is an easy solution to this guys, dont attract the attention of the law with the bike or yourself, there is a time and place for scratching legal or not. If you look like your racing a racebike even at legal speeds it will attract everyone's attention.

I dont miss Mt Glorious nearly as much as I thought I would after going track only, for this reason primarily. Question is what kind of a talking to would you have got if you didnt have a lethally modified rear hugger blah blah blah, blah blah blah.

Seems to me the local blokes agenda has succeeded in getting another bike of the mountain.

Jonno you have a point, I went out an hour earlier than I normally do.
I would do track days but up here they are so infrequent and Qld raceway is in an appalling state from what I saw on the V8 Supercars.
The coppers have won for now I will be staying away from Glorious for a while.

One thing that my dad taught me was respect and to treat those how you would want to be treated, always get off your bike/ out of your car to greet the police they are only doing their job don't make it harder. There will always be arseholes in life, sometimes that arsehole is you who is having a shitty day and takes it out on the next person they meet.

I have always got out of the car/got off bike when pulled up by a cop, except the last time he pulled his gun and told me to get back in the car hands on the wheel, brown pants moment indeed. So i don't do that anymore.

Also on the weekend went passed a highway patrol at my maximum lean angle(not much for me) at 80km in a 80km zone on a suggested 45km/h corner cop just stared i gave a nod. But i have had a mate get done for Neg driving doing the exact same thing.

He took it to court and won based on that bikes need to lean to turn but also the cop didn't show up. Cop argued when he was giving the fine that he should of been following the suggested yellow sign speed as anything higher is negligent driving hmm.

Also i hate it how if you kill someone its innocent until proven guilty but when it comes to any road laws its Guilty until proven innocent with 3 weeks to pay a fine crazy money grabbing bullshit :rant over:
