I got a new snowboard toooo! Mine was a gift from one of Supamodels friends!!! Put it in for a full service today, got new boots, jacket, pants and a lime green Helmet!!! Weeeee!!!

Anyone going to the snow this weekend, 2nd - 3rd August? Let us know and we could get together down there and have a KSRCian boarding/skiing day.

We just got back from there this weekend and I can't wait to get back down there. I've been converted to snowboarding by Rob, hmmmmm, not the only conversion since we got together. Anyway, Rob bought me a new snowboard and bindings on Saturday and I can't wait to get back down there to have a real good run on it.

I'm hoping to get back down the snow this weekend. Soooooooooo, don't tell Rob, but he wants to do a race meeting this weekend at Wakefield and I think that he would be better to wait till September at Eastern Creek when the weather is warmer, Plus, his bikes not ready yet and he will be pushing for time to get it up to scratch and the last thing you need is to be still getting your bike ready the Friday night before a race meeting, plus the weather forecast is looking wet and cold at Wakefield.

Sooooooo, can we have a vote, Race meeting at cold, wet, Wakefield Or, Boarding at beautiful, great snow, Perisher Blue?

My vote is Boarding.

I will always say go the racing, but I am dont think I will be heading down if it is raining, wet or cold. Soooooo being Wakefield it is a pretty safe bet I wont make it.

We ended up doing neither. The bike didn't get put back together in time to take it to Wakefield and it's not worth the drive down to the snow this weekend after the shit week of weather they have had. We're going for a ride on the road bikes tomorrow instead.

Good idea, cause we aren't going either. My new pants STILL haven't turned up, and its a tad too cold to go without pants and its going to be incredibly rainy
