hey Matt

glad to see things are ok (or as well as things can be)
I have a cuz in toowoomba and she is still in a state of shock at what happened (she got home safely after driving thru flood waters)

I have told the guys in our Brisvegas plant to stay the hell out of it (its on the edge of Pinkenba/Eagle Farm)...and its going to get wet feet :(

I have also spoken to friends at Munruben and at Forest lake and they are both cut off (although not flooded thankfully)

to the Qld members...stay safe and NO bike riding til this is over ...ok? :kuda:

cheers
GOTTA LUV the 12R!!

Hey Smitty, if those people were still at Eagle farm/Pinkenba they really would need some floaties, it got evacuated about 10am yesterday.

We can't ride our bikes, it's always bloody raining!

Well semi good news. My cousin and his family are ok and they are staying at a friends place, but their house was submerged up to the top of the roof. Flood projection models had the water stopping at the end of the street and them being ok, no such luck unfortunately.

shit matty! i feel for you brother!

my thoughts go out to everyone up here stuck in the floods, where i am now in seventeen seventy is fairly safe, there has been shite lots of rain but it all seems to wash straight into the ocean (terrible for the fishing, expecially when you have to live off the land) :(
the boondi and i are still floating around (probably bad choice of words) but all is well :kuda:

the only road in and out of town has been closed off for a while now unfortunatly, so the town supplies are running dangerously low :?
and to top it off i was looking online earlier and it says there is a catagory 1 cyclone heading our way from figi

also chatting to the great barrier reef tours today and they say that there is fresh water 60kms out to sea!

might have to invest in a prop on the boondi soon!

I've been trying to get hold of Ponti for a couple a days, havent been able to get him. I spoke to Yappa tonight, he had just spoken to Sulli. Everything was cool at Yappa's place, he even - belatedly - gave me stick about state of origin ;)
