Thanks Damon... sometime I don't sleep to make it happen...

Continue with the mods...

The original handlebars quite high and may look a bit weird after convert to CBR fairing. Therefore, I've done with the handlebars conversion and move down the speedometer. If not, it will rubbing against the clutch cable.

Actually, you only need a complete front set of GSXR 400 for the conversion (same as mine).

ZXR250 front set also suitable I guest.

The conversion is simple as plug and play :kuda:

The latest refurbish ZZR250...

This is the original condition... more than a year in only frame condition...

Image

Image

Replace the tensioner guide and clutch plate...

Image

Fix back the block, piston, head, rocker arm... dismantle the subframe for the frame paint job...

Image

Image

Once completed the valve clearance adjustment, re-arrange the wiring...

Image

Change new tyres and paint the sport rims ro gold colour...

Thanks Kevin.

I like the ZX10r sharp tail and wanna see if can be well blend with the undertail exhaust...
So, copy the ZX10R tail and my existing single seat panel...
Image

Fix the single seat panel.
Image

Match with the ZX10r tail.

Still in progress, not yet completed. What do you think? Better than the previous tail?

I've just bought used ER6n (registered on February 2009) and the condition is quite standard.

Image

The footpegs has a poor quality indeed. The rubber broken after a year? The ZZR250 footpegs rubber still intact after 15 years :x

Therefore, I've change it as per photo below:
