zx10r 07.
fuel tank i think is effectively 16-16.5L
Average riding 6 - 6.5L/100km
Not the most efficent form of transport but thats the price you pay for powa
not sure how much is left when the light comes on, i would say about 50km

Bike Model: '90 GPX250
Tank size: 17L ?
Best: 450ish(?) including reserve. Well over 400 slabbing it at the speed limit to Melb.
Worst: From memory about 320 including reserve.
Average: 350-400km (I regularly use the reserve, commuting to the city and back every day)
I fuel up every third working day (or thereabouts) and normally put 16~18L in at a cost of $20~$25

takes 12-14 litres when empty. (17 litre tank).
worst - 145km
best -170km
running it in - 198km
Reserve 30-40km.
i thought they were good for 200km a tank and then the red light.

08 zx10r
17L tank
best: 210km (without reserve)
worst 170km (without reserve)
Average fuel economy: 7.1/100
reason without reserve is because i live out near whoop whoop atm and dont really wanna walk the bike around!
However with fuel (98 ron) at $1.40 ive worked out that it generally costs me $1 per 10km's. so a 180k trip is about $18 worth of fuel and that ends up being about 13L which is generally when the fuel light comes on.
That ends up working out to 7.1L/100km.

Are the 848s two or four valve motors?
