I worked mine out so that the badge was perfectly spaced between the bottom of can and the bracket. Sorry rob wrong end of the stick.
The rivets can be a pain if you get it wrong. The packing usually takes Carr of rattling normally. Looks the goods but. Enjoy

Dude Stainless rivets

just use alloy rivets.... much easier

Anyhow,
Seeing as i was free tonight I took it out for a test. Sounds a little louder with more balls but still fine without earplugs, so its not all that loud. Love it! Went to the local carpark and took some snaps. I really wish I had a better camera. Anyways here are my favourites:
