I feel your pain. :(

There was a set of green ZX6RR fairings on eBay a couple of weeks ago for $1500 that never sold. Oh... found it on Formula Extreme.

That looks like the go Cath, if he can be negotiated a little. Wouldn't be much more than your excess, plus no claim. You will also end up with a few spares, to sell or hold on to.
Give him a call
Good luck with the fix up ;)

And on the seventh day Richo ended his work which he had made. Decided resting was for soft cox, straddled the REX and headed up the old road.
And it was good

Awww crap. Leave it for a few weeks and see if it still pisses you off Cath. It always annoys the hell out of me when something I've taken so much care of gets damaged. But after a few weeks the care factor seems to just melt away.

aaahhh gorgeous...

can only say... I know exactly how you feel... nothing anyone says can make you feel better
or give you your confidence back... With time, we all get over these things... as for picking it
up on your own, seriously, so not worth fucking your back up... you only get one...
Bikes you can replace... All the old guys from the Ulysses club made me promise that I would
never try to pick up my own bike by myself...
I mean, who cares... I think we are just expecting too much of ourselves...
I know because I always am with myself...
Give yourself a break sweets... you're only HUMAN !!!

Thanks again everyone - and seriously, the zen is back! No need for pity parties :) I hate messing up my baby, but it's all fixable, so it really isn't a huge deal.
And I physically feel ok. I just pulled some muscles, which is what I bargained for. Regular application of shiraz fixed that right up
Seriously, the possibility of pulled muscles that heal in a few days vs. calling someone to come and pick up MY bike while I stand around like a useless idiot??? Well, you saw the choice I made Andy. I don't think I'll ever ride a bike that I can't pick up myself if I need to. Maybe when I'm 60 ;)

Cath, let me know if you find a cheap place to replace the magnesium tip on the pipe. I need one too. Can always ask for a little further discount if we buy two
See here, young man,

From Conroy's Gap to Castlereagh,
There's none can ride like me.
