Thats a more than fair result. As for all those who continually bag Kawasaki for warranty they are no worse than any other manufacturer. I have heard many stories both good and bad about them. I have a friend who had his 06 ZX6 replaced with all transfer and rego charges taken care of from Kawas Aust. Some peoples warranty claims are far from legit as well but they only want to tell their side of the storey. I think soem people have a genuine complaint about Kawas warranty but I also think some are very unreasonable and then others just blindly jump on the band wagon.

I agree with you, having had a couple of Kawasaki warranty claims handled with minimal fuss. From what I've been able to see they rely heavily on the dealer making the claim to give them the right information. Get a good dealer like Flywheels or the local one I went through and usually it's all good. Get a crap dealer who doesn't want to help and Kawasaki Aus. just take their word for it and won't budge.
