Re: Flywheels - New ZX10R
Ah no, is it worth getting the crim or one of these bad boys ??? Is it really worth the price or worth waiting till they drop in price ?
Thanks

Re: Flywheels - New ZX10R
Well, i waited over 4 months for this bike after a falcon decided to put the end to my 2005 crim but it was well worth the wait!!
I picked her up from the guys at Flywheels on Tuesday morning and have since then put 500kms on the odo.
I would have done a hell of allot more if it wasn't for this weather!
Ron's post pretty much sums the changes to the bike up nicely.
Pictures surely do not do this bike justice, especially the can. Before i saw her in the flesh i wasn't a big fan of the front indicators or the can but after i did, i was sold 100% on the indicators and quite allot happier with the look of the can.
I agree totally with ron's comment on the foot pegs they are perfectly placed for a very comfortable ride.
The new Taco is awesome, adjustable brightness and the gear position indicator.
Power you ask?? it has TONNES!! its ooozing with it!
hahaha I agree totally with Ron's comment about the Gel Grips!! Squid heaven!!
The rear fender (which was the cause of the compliance holdups) is crap. A fender eliminator is on my wish list and as ron said it looks incredibly painless to remove.
Overall, this bike handles better than anything i have ever ridden. Well worth the torturous wait.
I would like to thank Ron and the guys at Flywheels for their great service so far. I will be in soon for the 1000kms service!
