Over Christmas / new years I was loving the very best WA has to offer in it's South West... Road between Nannup and Bridgetown was one of my favourites .

Apparantly the best WA has to offer is pretty average by comparison to some of the roads you lot have according to one of our long distance KSRCians

The upside IMO is that over the whole time between Xmas and new years riding pretty fast all over the South West there was not a single blue light in sight...[thank Christ for that at times !! :kuda: ]

From what I'm gathering , we don't have the overbearing police presence [yet] but there again not having as many good riding roads means less motorcycle related accidents / deaths by percentage I suppose

There is a good couple up toodjay road ways and through the foothills, but the riders tend to keep quiet about them 8)

Yeah did a few of the Toodyay runs again over late 08 / Northam Bike Festival W/E..

That area was my old stomping ground on the RZ ( Suprising how much faster the 10 does the same roads [ie O'brien] I used to frequent on the ol 500 2-smoke :kuda: ) ..

Still - suppose I may have learn't a bit since then

it's that turn 1 that so many get wrong, if you stop and look over the edge there is bits of fairings littering the place, no good when locals spread gravel on the corners though.
