Maybe it was just my school, but the guys who wanted to be cops there were also some of the most sadistic borderline sociopaths among the student body. Geeks get far better revenge by going to easy jobs paying obscene amounts of money than by joining the police force and getting even through spending Friday and Saturday nights wearing someone else's spew on their shirt.
