Pic of the CNC work..... a much better finish than stock but I had just noticed that the wrecker did not include the bottom race so it was off to buy a new set $50 + call in for a freebee from mate Mick at CHM to press fit the race before any assembly can take place.

Wrecker in QLD said the TT's were in perfect condition, but they are not!
I will have to touch up in a few places once finished.

But the 750 is down on power! you will almost always get away from me Wattie! + I still have to do the rear .... Ohlins $$$ not sure yet, or poss 636 at the right price as its a straight swap.

Thanks Gos the project is coming together at a nice pace ....
Had the braided lines made today by Motorsport Connections ... great guys... they made them while I waited (10 min max).

So all thats left is the wheel spacers & M20 wheel nut.

FINISHED!
Well its finally done........ The front end project is finished ... now for that rear end!
The first ride on Friday was ....WOW what a difference, she just soaks up the bumps compared to the dreded Z pogo... & the radial brakes are fantastic after spending considerable time with the bike on the bench waiting for the new axel to be cut (original spacer measurements given did not suit) I had plenty of time to extracate every single air bubble from the brake system... running motul race spec fluid she stops on a dime..... cant wait till the pads bed in they will be even better.
