There are really only two questions in life. 1.Which way do i go? 2.What is the lap record?

old school they are, but they everything you need of a bike...sometimes i'd like a fairing though.
i am impressed with mine (though only 7500 km)
1200 engines are completely different than the 1100, so the ZZR cams are not a req. performance boost and wouldn't fit anyway.
i've done this a thousand times and no-ones ever been hurt. much.

ZZR1200 cams fit though and they do make a difference if you are looking for top end.Grasshopper wrote:

Cheers,
Pete
P.S. I bet all my add on bits fit a 1200 motor (sans the jet kit) just as well as an 1100... They're not that different.

Some nice piccies in there guys, I have seen some trackbiked ones but never any in a group and all the youngsters seem to be going to zeds.
I also see you can get a ermax screen with a bit of a lip on the top of it to deflect the bugs but yeah i remember doing about 700kms in 2degree temps and learning why you really want a fairing.

If I rode my bike at the speed of light, what would happen when I switched on its headlights?

its actually "learning why you really want a CAR"learning why you really want a fairing
If I am going 700kms and its going to be 02c then fook the bike.
Then there is also the 37kms across town in traffic and its 37c and learning why you really need wide bars and max air flow.
Your right about not seeing numbers of em though, not that it matters a bit.
The appeal to younger riders is not really where these are targeted. They don't pass the "what would me mates think if I rocked up on one of these" test, and like retro anything I reckon you have to either be around for the first generation or really enjoy the style and concept.
Being young is about impressing other peoples.
Just one more law and everyone will be safe.
