Did they give a reason for the adjournment? Was it asked for by the Judge or the prosecutors?
Did you go to court before they adhourned it? Or did they let you know before court?
If your lawyer has contacted them with the dyno charts etc, they would be trying to decide whether to continue with court procedings if I were them.... They prefer not to lose, even if that means dropping the case.... Or at least that is true in the case of the nz police...

Yeah they back date it, Put it down to time already served....
It was adjourned to a stuff up from my solicitor mixed his dates up and double booked so to speak....
Ah well i guess another month of stress

Well the big day is getting closer.... This Friday i go back to court, i have all the dyno readings for my bike and Xray records from when i was bashed from a road rage incident back in 2000 (these are to show why i freaked out and took off when i saw the headlights flash at me), gota be at the courthouse at 9:30 in the morning so hopefully ill be out and able to let you guys know by lunch time what is going on....
