Hmmmm well before i was Pre- learners

Half face i bought for $5 and painted matt black (still have it)
levi's
windcheater in winter t shirt summer

after got my learners
brand new XLX 250 road/trail
new laser
levi's
Black bomber jacket
rossi boots

48 Klm later bike was a write off (dickhead come through a giveway sign)
ambos cut all my gear off boots etc
6 months in hospital... 8 days full life support ... 6 weeks traction .... 8 weeks wheel chair ...... and the rest rehab
learnt to walk again .... got out of hospital .... rode a bike 3 days later and had a new one 5 days later
wore a half face for next 15 -18 yrs same old $5 dollar one and $50 jacket with leather vest over it
still have all of them

Shirts, tshirt and shoes on the roadbike, used to ride drunk quite often too, but that was in Geelong. On the dirtbike, jeans, shoes and lumber jacket. Lid was matt black open face, HB I think from memory.

Graduated to a while Full Face Arai when I was in Brisbane still rode in the same gear other than that though, PVC yellow raincoat and pants when wet.

Dunlop elastic side steel caps, bell open face with no liner, just the coolite inside (burnt orange colour.....woohoo) gloves...ya pussies, king gee green overalls...any tougher they'd rust, so surely that means they'd protect ya as much as steel plates would....young, dumb & full of cum :roll: ...later on I upgraded to a pair of gloves :lol: Now I don't go anywhere without pretty much full leathers with armour, spidi vertabra 2 boots, gloves & me trusty shoei & trust me, jackets with armour really do work! :wink:
