Duane and Strika I'll have you know there are no Yammie bits or insects living in my hair. Stale cigarette smoke and exhaust gas by-products maybe but nothing else.

And I will never be to old to have long hair, because I am a 'musician'!!! 8)

Shit, looks like my cover has been comprimised.

So, I have been outed then. Is it too late to claim that my herbivorous activities are designed to keep me lean and light for more straightaway speed?

At your age I can well understand the need to be particular with your diet. As you get older, you need less fuel. As I have said before to you Hemi, A kilo is a HP. (So what you're say 40HP down)

Both actually.

I am vegetarian. But I was joking about watching my weight, in fact I struggle to put weight on. I eat nearly anything that doesn't have to be caught and killed to be eaten, and lots of it, but never seem to be able to hit 60kg. I used to be 5 or so kg heavier than I am now, but a bad back etc. saw me lose weight which I cannot seem to put back on. Maybe it is because I no longer do physical work for a living, and just stand behind a counter selling music gear to all and sundry; or maybe age and a reckless youth are catching up with me.

Either way I need to do something, this R1 needs more weight and strength than I currently possess to be ridden properly.

So anyway, I guess it is time to commence with the vego bashing.....

Some bloke from Mt Gambier . Was asked if I wanted to join their Sunday ride when I was in a bike shop last Saturday . Friendly bunch , had about 12 bikes out .
Invited to join them for a track day at Mac Park on the 26th . Cheap , about $100 for the day includes payment for 12 mths club fees .
Tempted .
