Neka was drinkning cheap crap bourbon all weekend... woodstock.. *shudders* that stuff gives me a head ache just thinking about it, let alone when I drink it..

hehe, well talking to my girlfriend it turns out her brother doesn't want to do fitness anymore (as i suspected).

Thanks for the input though :-)

oh and bluefly, the reason they don't tell you about alcohol is so that you don't go out and mess up your days off by not getting drunk ;-)
