5 weeks?!?!?!?!?!?!? (and gloating!)

... No that can't be right..... surely must be less then 5 weeks? Seems like it was yesterday... Hrmmmm...

Anyway, how is everyone going??????? and who wnats to come exercise their increased cardio functionality?

im doing really well considering everything thats been going on latley,

i usually have between 10-15 on a good day 15-20 on a bad one

yesterday i only had 3! :D

im cutting them down and will end up dropping to none :D


im happy i got my new gym yesterday, it really helps in taking your mind off the cravings :kuda:

had 1 so far all day today ;) i reckon im doing pretty good :kuda:
