Thats a good steady rate of loss. Keep it up. I go at an even slowerStereo wrote: Well I started on Wed Jun 07, so that makes it 8 weeks.... 15.7 kg... That works out to an average of 1.96 Kg a week....
rate than that & take about 3mths to lose the amount you've lost so
far.
Keep it up.

As long as calories going out is less than whats going in, & ya keep
ya activity levels up, the weight will keep coming off.
U can also try using L-Carnitine (from Chemist/Safeways etc). I find
that as a good aid & is pretty popular for those who want to do it
naturally w/out using drugs.

1.3kg in a week is still good mate, don't put yourself down. I read that a healthy rate to lose weight is 0.5kg a week, but then I was losing it at around 1-2kg per week myself.Stereo wrote:Well... I was a little dissapointed, but I have to admit I didnt try very hard this week...
1.3kg this week...
17kg Total since start
current weight 119.6kg
I need to review my thought processes.... because I am certainly not doing enough exercise...
Have you tried swimming? I've been going regularly for the last 8 months and it has been fantastic for losing weight and getting my aerobic fitness back up. I spend 1 hour twice a week doing laps while my wife is doing water aerobics, I just alternate freestyle and breaststroke so that I can keep moving the whole time instead of sitting up the end like a gumby.
Whatever you are doing re diet and excercise, make sure it's a lifestyle change that you can easily maintain so you don't end up back where you started.
