I've just been to the doctor and been advised there's a new program for overweight people aged between 40 & 49. It includes a dietician, physio, support groups and other systems designed to help reduce weight (will have more info soon). The goal is to reduce the amount of Diabetes Type 2 thats currently growing in Australia.
Will post more details once I have them. I've joined up and hoping to really kick this once and for all
I don't like the term insane - I prefer mentally hilarious!

My doctor suggested that I quit drinking, loose a few kg's and excersise..I think it's time for a new fucking doctor...

slow and steady she goes... another little drop this week...
.. But I have to say.. feeling a lot better overall.... as the weeks get on.. it's not so hard to exercise and is actually getting more enjoyable.. (nearly looking forward to it! ... I MUST be crazy!

I was soooo good ... until yesterday . .. .
Anyway ... no change for me ... 104kgs ... hopefully all the pizza will come out today and I will drop a kg before the days out . . .
