my new ride is a 2005 zx10r
it has zort, fender eliminator, screen and steering damper.

corners amazingly as its lighter than my old six, feels like its on rails
and then theres the power

rossi may have described it like this :)

"at the beginning, when you try the first time the 1000, ahhh fuck"

edit : first time i open the throttle right up in first i shit and ended up squashing a ball trying to climb over the tank to bring that front end down, shit it comes up fast!

So far quite standard, except for the cylindrical rego holder fixed hidden on the side frame so it doesn't disgust the eye of beholder that much. :)
Now getting Hepco-Becker 50l top box - after massive research, I think this one is the best option - price, looks and practicality wise.
A few small details in future might get changed: bar end mirrors, rear hugger, taller wind screen (Givi most likely).

Other than that, this bike is excellent as is !!

Many will disagree, but I love it's torquey, not overpowered character, although the power is still quite beyond my needs, and it's reasonably quiet and cultivated. Handles great, love the suspension adjustments - had to make the rear a bit stronger & softer for comfort.

Fuel consumption 3.9 when keeping it below 3000-4000 revs (which is not difficult outside freeway), up to maximum some 5.2 doing a lot of dangerous fun. My average perhaps 4.5 ... freeway trips and local commute.

Tech. parameters can be found on Kawasaki website.

Hey ozx6r,

She looks good, Iv'e got an 05 blackie as well!

Where did you get the fender eliminator?

All you will need now is some hel kevlar lines with double banjo bolt. Also, I have just ordered an 18 x 19 brembo master cyl from Canada. If you look on the ZX10r part of the site you will find the link for it! It is going to cost me $411 AUD that includes the master cyl, double banjo bolt, resovior and spare washers.

I don't whether you have experienced the braking or not but when you load the front up a few times you will start to pull the lever onto your knuckes.

Anyway, food for thought!
