The blade is anything but comfy :? Plank hard seat and crap ergo's

The 10 is deceptive...although overall size is small it has a fair bit of room, good ergo's and a comfy seat
A guy i know just road a CBR1000 from the Island to Perth leaving thursday at 4pm and arriving Sat at 3pm. He disagrees!! He reckons it was super comfy.
He's lying cause he's so embarrassed he owns one in the first place.

I've ridden the blade and the 10 back to back and can assure you the 10 is heaps comfier

ZZR1200 is bulky, slower, wider and heavier than the busa which is simular in weight to a zx12 but the bugly looks fatter and a damn side uglier.

Funnily enough Mick I have been lucky enough to ride three of the four major Jap litre race reps, ie- R1,CBR1000,K6Gixxer thou for a long ride. Did around 100klms on each one, maybe a little more on the CBR. Unlike you, I found the CBR to be the most comfy as a road bike. But everyone is different. And while I didn't ride the ten for a long ride I am sure they would be similiar to my old 636. :?

Track wise, I found the ten and the R1 to be most comfy on a circuit, but the Honda was in a different league on a longish road ride.

Haven't seen any votes for the zx14 yet....that thing looks like it would have trouble fitting in the belly of a 747.

Might be different up close though :?:

For what it's worth, if you can handle the lack of sports bike cred, the ZRX1200 is a worthy consideration for a big bloke.......or a small bloke for that matter......I had loads of fun on a recent go on one and they are grunty, powerfull, stop good, and actually can go around corners OK too!!! :)

I wouldn't call a Busa a 'sports' bike !! its a big fat ugly pig allright, with a wheelbase only a gnats dick shorter than a MHR1000 Fucati  . Steers about as fast as a MHR as well......... :?

The ZX12R is a reasonably big 'sports' bike, but its all relative really, there is a Spewsuki scooter (Burgman?) at work that is (a) longer, (b) higher and (c) wider than my 12   FFS its a joke.

Most of the 1-litre sportsbikes (in the true sense) are bloody tiny.

Are you looking for a replacement for the 6 ?? You should talk to Blue12 about the comfort level on a 12 for a larger specimen.

easier on the larger specimen bit there mate..
i will rave on all night about my baby. If you want something that handles with lots of power and is comfy to ride, then definately go the 12. I am 6'1" and not exactly my footy playing weight anymore  . bloody damn awesome from front to back the 12 is..
07 ZX14 - How fast ?? As fast as i want to go !!

I'd still put my money on the CBR1000F. BIG, FAT, UGLY and HONDA. MBP had one for a commuter and we appropriately named it "THE WHALE"

Of those three the blade may be comfiest...the R1 is a nut roaster! However if you'd riddent he 10 as well you would be agreeing with me. From what I understand the 10 is actually not like the 636
